ÇİFTEL meets all the needs of the customers today with its strong engineering aspects and product design and development activities. ÇİFTEL is making successful product design and development activities for its customers by using CAD (Computer Aided Design) programs such as SolidWorks and computer aided simulation techniques. ÇİFTEL’s Design and Development team has the infrastructure to continue joint design activities with OEM customers.

Product design and development process sequence; customer inquiry, preparation of the design and development plan, determination of the technical specifications and production conditions of the product, identification of design inputs and verification with the outputs. After the verification, process sequence continues with technical drawing of product and approval by the customer. After the technical drawing approval by the customer, mould and apparatus design starts.

The mould and apparatus are produced in the modern mould house which is present in ÇİFTEL’s own structure. After the mould and apparatus production is completed, the first sample production is made and presented to the customer’s approval. After approval by the customer, serial production is started.
